Here’s my gift for the day. She thinks having sex with a 9 year old is DISGUSTING when she thinks Trump did it; runs away when she finds out it was Muhammad.
That particular moment when George Yeo, Singapore’s former foreign minister, demonstrated a remarkably deep understanding of European history and the complex conflicts that have shaped the continent,an understanding that seems to elude many Western politicians.
It is genuinely rare to hear a senior statesman speak with such historical depth, intellectual clarity, and geopolitical insight.....
Months ago, Liberians 🇱🇷 were complaining about how politicians were constructing roads in Liberia.
We knew the NPP would use it for propaganda, so we saved the video
Lo and behold, Baby-elephants have edited the video to put JDM's picture there

Hon. Ahmed Ibrahim says he wants to introduce a new National Housing Levy, but he is scared the people of Ghana will revolt.
He should be. And not because fellow countrymen and women hate paying for development, but because we know how to count.
Before anyone proposes another payroll deduction to close our 1.8 million-unit housing deficit, run the maths on the laws and money we already have:
▪️Eighteen years ago, Parliament passed the National Pensions Act, 2008 (Act 766). Sections 103(2) and 114(2) explicitly allow every worker to use their mandatory Tier 2 and voluntary Tier 3 pension funds to secure a mortgage for a primary home.
▪️By the end of 2025, private Tier 2 and Tier 3 pension funds had accumulated a staggering GH₵79.8 billion. Yet according to Table 28 of the NPRA’s audited Annual Report, out of more than 3 million contributors, how many workers got approval to use their pension for a primary home mortgage in a full year? Just 20.
▪️Why did only 20 people succeed? Because Section 103 only gives the bank a paper guarantee, not cheap cash liquidity, leaving banks charging 24% to 28% interest on a standard 3-bedroom Accra house that now costs GH₵890,000. At 24% interest, the monthly payment is GH₵18,000. A teacher or nurse earning GH₵6,000 is disqualified at the bank’s front door.
▪️Meanwhile, three borders east in Benin, a brand-new 3-bedroom social villa at Ouèdo costs US$37,500 (30–40% cheaper than Ghana), and any public or private worker can move in with zero deposit and pay roughly GH₵2,500 (97,000 FCFA) a month over 25 years under a rent-to-own scheme.
▪️Benin didn't achieve that by slapping a new tax on workers to subsidise cement cartels and inflated contractor bills. Benin's state absorbed the 30% infrastructure surcharge (roads, storm drains, water mains, and power grids) before pricing the houses, and set up a bank-led delivery vehicle (SImAU) to buy materials in bulk across 10,800 homes at once.
We don't need a new National Housing Levy. We need to:
1. Channel just 5% (GH₵4 billion) of our existing GH₵79.8B Tier 2/3 pension pool into a privately governed housing SPV (controlled by Trustees, TUC/CLOGSAG, and banks—zero politicians) to fund single-digit rent-to-own mortgages.
2. Synchronise 15% of existing Roads, Energy (ECG), Drainage (Hydro), and Ghana Water capital budgets to service housing land banks upfront instead of retrofitting unplanned slums at triple the cost.
3. Break the asymmetric pricing cartel in cement and steel through bulk factory-gate off-take and CSIR pozzolana/burnt clay brick mandates.
4. Partner with Stools and Families on a Land-for-Equity basis under Act 1036.
You cannot tax a nation into affordability while leaving a cartelised, high-cost supply chain untouched. Fix the plumbing before turning on the tap.
What stops us from using the GH₵79.8 billion we already have under Act 766 before asking workers for another pesewa?

Imagine you decide to attend court one day to learn somethings and an interesting case is called.
In this case a 33 year old man was killed by his 19 year old girlfriend. The lady has been charged with murder.
Her Lawyer; “My Lord we have to question why he was dating a 19 year old woman. She’s young and there’s a 14 year age gap. Why don’t we question it?”
Even you the one in court will say the lawyer isn’t making sense. The law is strictly detached from emotions and sentiments. Many of you people know it but because it’s social media you intentionally say these things to sound silly so you chase clout.
The law is clear:
1. A girl above 16 years can have sex.
2. A girl above 18 years can marry with the consent of any of her parents or guardians.
3. A girl above 21 years can marry without needing consent from anyone.
And under criminal law, telling us to enquire “why the lady killed him” means we are seeking for motive. The law does not look for motive or reasons for acting. The law is clear; if you do an act with the purpose of causing an event or you knew the outcome was a naturally expected or reasonable consequence of your outcome then you intended to cause and you’ll be liable for the event.
In my next comment below I’ll attach a link to the Criminal Act of Ghana 1960 Act 29 because quite truthfully many Ghanaians haven’t even read the criminal laws of Ghana because it’s not taught in high schools by the National Commission for Civic Education so many become ill informed adults.
Starlink slowed down for a couple days in Ukraine so a bunch of Europeans and a bunch of Democrats have declared that Elon Musk is the most evil person to ever live.
"Elon is the worst human being ever."
"As soon as our technology catches up to Elon's, we will boycott his products!"
"SpaceX and Starlink are dead!"
Look at you fools go. All because Elon allegedly didn't do everything in his power to help Ukraine.
Wait until you dumb f*cks hear about your hero, Barack Obama.
After Putin annexed Crimea and moved 30,000 troops to the Ukrainian border, Obama refused to give Ukraine weapons to defend itself. And he refused for years.
Surely you Ukraine fans remember that right?
Surely you remember the President of Ukraine standing before Congress, begging for weapons to defend Ukraine. You must because you all love Ukraine.
Surely you remember Obama's speech in 2014 at the NATO summit. If you don't, you should watch Fox News because they are currently playing my video of his speech.
During his speech Obama said that Russia was a regional power that posed no threat to America, even after Putin invaded part of Ukraine.
How could that be? We are told now that if Putin takes Ukraine, he could take the entire world. Was Obama lying back then? Impossible, Obama is incapable of that.
During that same speech Obama also said that Ukraine should work out its own future and that many Ukrainians in fact had allegiance to Russia. Obama said that countries regularly break international law and that it wasn't our problem. How could he say that?
Obama sounded like "Putin's Puppet" right? You fans of Ukraine must be so angry at Obama.
Here's a video of the Ukrainian President begging before Congress for weapons after Putin took Crimea.
Say it you Ukraine lovers. Say that Obama is worse than Elon Musk. Will you? Nah. You all are frauds.
Also included in the video is Biden in 2018 being asked about the fact that Trump gave Ukraine the weapons to defend itself that Obama would not. Biden said that he agreed with Trump and that he had spent years arguing to Obama to supply Ukraine those same weapons.
Come on Ukraine fans. Speak out about Obama like you do about Elon and Trump. 😜
@ECGghOfficial Tema West, Yam Street, has been without power since Wednesday. We contacted the team, and they assured us that the issue was being fixed. However, since Friday, our calls have gone unanswered, and the power is still out. We need an update and a resolution, please.
