During this talk @D_Lemures & Stéphane Nicolas will introduce #TP3 & #KTP and its main features. TP3/KTP is a @kotlin first DI #framework that provides a simple and powerful #API. #DCSF19 Full abstract: https://t.co/ErVM2nFMEo
@PreusslerBerlin @ianmedeiros_@jovchem@VasiliyZukanov A library like Toothpick helps to make the process less verbose by assigning the mocks to the fields for you: https://t.co/ipf5FuNsWb
There are others trying to solve the same problem, even mocking frameworks can be used:

@PreusslerBerlin @ianmedeiros_@jovchem@VasiliyZukanov Nowadays with Kotlin, constructor injection is used 95% of the time. For those situations, you just provide your mocks/stubs using manual injection, so no need for DI framework. However, for the entry points, where you normally use field injection, doing so is not that "clean".

@ElizaCamber @PreusslerBerlin @marcos_placona We will be presenting KTP pretty soon (1 month) in a conference and will be recorded! Good chance to check it out 🙂
Toothpick 3 is out!
Kotlin friendly API (KTP), lifecycle and ViewModel support, incremental annotation processing, and much more!
Still as fast as Dagger, but as simple as Koin (without the boilerplate). Have a look at the sample https://t.co/Ag1Q0cxjis and give it a try!
@arnogiu Thanks! Definitely we got inspired by the great job you guys did with Koin 🙂
Regarding the code generation, yes, we use annotation processing and we generate code. TP supports incremental annotation processing (isolating, the fastest mode).
