@Wingnutie @OJoelsen It is not in Canadian or US dollars, it is in their own currency (as it should be for a sovereign nation). Someone else in the comments did a conversion and suggested the price is about $11 Cdn.

@Utter_Savagery @margritten @OJoelsen Well I hope for all our sakes the world continues to be as peaceful as it has been (in most regions) for the past 80 years. All countries are free to chart their own paths. Only time will tell us if we get the next 80 correct. Respect.

@Utter_Savagery @OJoelsen Yes, the world is certainly changing. My base assumption is that global alliances for both military and economic purposes are best for everyone. However I can understand the US frustration over other countries not following through on NATO spending. We will see where this goes.

@Utter_Savagery @OJoelsen I guess the only other thing I would say is: I believe that NATO and UN are not perfect, however, I also believe Europe has had 80 years of peace mainly due to their efforts. I will be very disappointed if the US decides that they no longer believe in the value of them.

@Utter_Savagery @OJoelsen I do believe NATO is a deterrent for China or the US to attack a NATO member. The combined military strength of NATO may not compare to the US or China but it is a lot more than any one member. As for Russia...they can't even successfully invade Ukraine, they are not the same.

@tanischri @Phil_The_Aggie @OJoelsen So why doesn't the US offer to annex those countries? By the way, there are many people who want to immigrate to other countries besides the US. All I am saying is, the US administration should respect the sovereignty of other nations.

@Phil_The_Aggie @OJoelsen Your world view is very narrow. There is a lot more than money and military power. In most independent research, there are many countries ranked as better places to live than the US. Many citizens of other countries are much happier to live in their society.

@Phil_The_Aggie @OJoelsen I think you really need to understand that just as you are proud to be a US citizen, other people are proud of their countries. If China became economically and militarily superior to the US, would you support the US becoming a province of China?

@Pascucci015 Thanks. I think we are saying the same thing. The Gushue vs Dunstone game determines who is first in the pool, but the result does not affect if Carruthers makes the playoffs. The only result that allows Carruthers to make the playoffs is if Epping loses.
