My kid is just trilingual but his Dad is learning japanese so it’s not rare for him to use japanese words here and there. Today we had one of the “those” conversations:

Dad: No te vas a acabar tu ensalada? (Aren’t u gonna finish your salad?)
Kid: 何?? Nein!!! (what? no!)
