The African Women and HIV Workshop begins today!
In an oral presentation, our Programme Officer, @ivy_jebet shares how the YouthWise project, led by Y+ Global with support from @Aidsfonds_intl implemented from 2021 to 2024 in Kenya and Malawi, focused on empowering young women living with HIV through a community-based approach.
Ivy also shared the importance of integrated peer-led support and community involvement, which was also employed in the You(th) Care project implemented in Kenya, Tanzania, and Zambia.
