@UbisoftSupport playing Far Cry 6 one XBOX One and reached the Surgical Extraction Mission. Had to step away and shut down my console when I go back into the game and continue from previous save, I get the Surgical Extraction Cutscene and then the screen goes black completely.

@UbisoftSupport Digital copy. I have already tried to uninstall and re-install with no luck so that won't fix the issue either.

@UbisoftSupport I do have that option, yet when I use it and come back to the game it takes me directly back to the cutscene. If it was set up like AC Valhalla I could go to a previous save point but FC6 is a straight continue from last save point and I can't go any further without starting over

@UbisoftSupport I never even started the mission. I was in the process of getting to the access point when I was called away. When I came back it was the completed cutscene. No one else plays my XBOX it is a game glitch.

@UbisoftSupport Just attempted the suggestion and still no luck. We gamers have invested a lot of time getting to this point in the game and would really like a fix to this acknowledged problem.
