@shagbark_hick This is something i value heavily about vermont, a strong commitment to maintaining and restringing village stores and markets. They are a mixed bag, some are fancy delis that sell a few things, some are basically gas stations with a little extra, but some are mini grocers

Was the awarded contractor licensed? Were minority and women business contracting proportions observed? Were union shops prioritized?
