My goods were picked up on 27June and still waiting for an update on delivery. Customer care keeps giving standard response. Did an escalation and they closed the ticket in 1 day without giving me a call, forget an update on my goods delivery. @agarwalpacker APML disappointing!

Consignment1: 1 item still missing
Consignment2: All items received but water damaged. All boxes and its contents are wet and damaged. Gave away my 2 double bed mattresses to delivery guys as they were ruined.
Unprofessional!!
