Ngayon na medyo humupa na ang iba’t ibang emosyon at kalituhan bunga ng mga pangyayari sa Senado kahapon, ito po ang mga facts:

Una, buhay na buhay ang impeachment case laban kay Sara Duterte dahil hindi nagtagumpay ang plano ng mga duterte senators na ipadismiss ang kaso;

Pangalawa, dahil naconvene na ang impeachment court at naisyuhan na ng summons si Sara, ibig sabihin, kahit magresign sya bilang vice president simula ngayon hanggang sa dulo ng trial, pwede pa rin syang hatulan ng perpetual disqualification to hold public office;

Pangatlo, binasura na ang kalokohang schedule na ginawa ni Tolentino;

Pang-apat, with the surprising votes of Sens. Grace, Nancy and Win (in addition to the expected votes of Sens. Risa and Koko), makikita natin na iba ang naging desisyon nila compared sa previous biases ng ibang tao laban sa kanila. Ibig sabihin, ganito rin ang mangyayari sa KARAMIHAN ng iba pang mga senator-judges kapag makita nila ang mga karumal-dumal na ebidensya laban kay Sara. LET US NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE CONVINCING POWER OF THE TRUTH.

Sa madaling salita, kung pagbabasehan natin ang mga pangyayari simula Feb. 5 hanggang June 2 na planong dahan-dahang patayin ang impeachment case, MALAKING TAGUMPAY na ang status natin ngayon. Ang credit dito ay nasa pakikipaglaban nila Sens. Koko at Risa, at lalo na sa pagkilos at pagkalampag ninyong mga mamamayan at iba’t ibang sektor sa kalye, media at social media. Subalit, mahaba pa ang laban. Walang panahon para manlumo. Kailangang listo tayo at handang tumindig sa tamang panahon.

Sa puntong ito, meron kaming naiisip na iba’t ibang pagkilos na gagawin sa mga darating na linggo na hahantong sa isang malaking multi-sectoral rally sa susunod na buwan. Umaasa kame na magsasama-sama tayo rito. TULOY ANG LABAN!

How did Romualdez’s Tingog party list become a party to a PhilHealth-DBP MOA to act as “conduit” to the LGUs to provide comprehensive RURAL healthcare?

Was this even legislated? If not, who authorized this action?

Control of LGUs means votes. It also grants access to DBP funds.

Bakit kailangan magkaroon ng "secretariat" role ang Tingog sa pag-implement ng DBP, PhilHealth at LGUs ng health programs?

Fiscal oversight agencies + DILG ang dapat kasama dyan, hindi member ng Congress.

Hindi iyan legislative work. Trabaho iyan ng Executive branch.
