So apparently @Chime has a credit card they offer but no credit card department you can physically talk to. I have to wait for them to email me with what they find… what a joke regret ever opening a credit builder account with them. Literally just ruined my life in a single day

Was just told on the phone by a MANAGER @Chime that the employee I spoke to before him didn’t know their own policies… Why would someone be allowed to talk to customers without being trained in the policy?

Does anyone know any lawyers to contact in regards to a financial institution reporting fraudulent information to the credit bureaus? Cause @Chime screwed my credit up in a single day. Reported an increase on a secured credit card. That’s not even possible.
