@GamersNexus@BambulabGlobal Also, really happy someone notable is accepting the “risk” and drama the dev didn’t want to deal with, which I totally get as a developer myself. GN/GNCA taking point like this could be a nice precedent going forward.
@GamersNexus@BambulabGlobal Just in case it hasn’t been mentioned yet, sub header currently reads:
“With permission of the OrcaSlicer-BambuLab software, we are rehosting…”
Should probably be “…software developer, …”
@dpc_pw > Then you give useless coding tasks to your models to compare them
I have never been so personally attacked…
I don’t even know how many “ulw create native rust rest api…” runs I’ve done at this point.
@Sankew06 I just people used words more descriptively. Anyone who thinks Tahoe Spotlight is terrible should be forced to use Windows search for a month.
Assemblers: deterministic programs that did largely boring / tedious tasks extremely well
Compilers: deterministic programs that did largely boring / tedious tasks extremely well
AI: non-deterministic systems that do the fun / interesting tasks sorta maybe okay sometimes
Assemblers were faster at writing binary than humans were.
Compilers were faster at writing assembly than humans were.
AIs are faster at writing compiled languages then humans are.
Deal with it. There's still plenty left for you to do.
@itsKalta@MKBHD@grok Pro tip: when self-proofreading, step away for at least a day before looking at it again. You won’t remember what it “should be” like. Disclaimer: you may discover what you wrote before was hot garbage, but if it helps, that was “past” you; your writing is probably great.
Yeah, that’s definitely a better implementation of the touchscreen laptop. Unfortunately, the current rumor is that Apple will just add a touchscreen to the existing clamshell design.
I don’t really have much utility for touch on my laptop, so the clamshell form factor works for me. Keyboard, touchpad, screen. Simple. Doesn’t hurt that I have an iPad Air for actual tablet stuff.
