One of the biggest challenges non-interest banking has faced in Nigeria is the perception created around the “Islamic banking” label.

Many people automatically assume it is designed only for Muslims, without taking time to understand the actual financial model behind it.

In reality, ethical and non-interest banking goes beyond religion. It offers an alternative financial system built around transparency, asset-backed financing, and responsible banking practices that can benefit both individuals and businesses.

This is why education and awareness matter. People are more open to solutions when they properly understand how they work.

It is good to see initiatives like AltInstitute helping to bridge that knowledge gap and making financial education more accessible to everyday Nigerians.

I hope other non interest banking institutions will create similar awareness on the subject matter to educate Nigerians.

I worked with Sterling Bank for two years, so having Alternative bank drop a comment on this means a lot.

Aang would have failed woefully cos he hasn't mastered the Avatar state that much as at the time. Aang only enters the avatar state when he's in emotional or in great danger. This was why this general used katara as bait to get Aang into the avatar state.

Also facing a Vicious Villain like the FireLord, Aang can't face him with only Airbending abilities. He will only walk right into his own demise. He won't last 5 minutes against Ozai. Hence he has to master all elements before confronting the FireLord without taking the FireLord's life in the process.

Brighton paid Chelsea for him a month later. He had good spells there but kept getting hit by injuries that were completely out of his control — the kind that just happen to footballers at the worst times.

Last summer, Fiorentina paid €6 million and handed him a long-term contract. New league, fresh chapter, real chance to rebuild.

It never got started.

He came off the bench vs Napoli — 4 minutes. Then started vs Como — ruptured his ACL after 21 minutes and was stretchered off.

25 total minutes across TWO appearances. He didn't play another single minute for the rest of the season.

Fiorentina were reportedly paying him €44,000 a week with no return date in sight. That's over €1M in wages for a player who through absolutely no fault of his own, couldn't stay fit.

So they pulled the plug.

25 years old. €6M wasted. A career that deserved so much more.
