@HowardPhilpott @WARDOGS @Brammflakes Can you add “Zoom Scope” and “Zoom Binoculars” buttons to the settings? Personally, I'm having an issue with this option, and I can't change it. I can zoom the binoculars from 4x to 2x, but then I can’t zoom out. I know it’s possible to zoom out to 6x because I’ve seen videos of other players doing it. Similarly, the sniper rifle has a 2x–10x scope, but you can’t zoom in further—it stays at the highest zoom level, and that doesn’t feel natural, especially since you’re aiming to make the game as realistic as possible, as far as I can tell. Or maybe this scroll option just isn’t working for me—I’ve tried changing mice, reinstalling the game from scratch, and resetting the settings, but I’m still having this issue. Can you help me with this?

Joe I'm having a problem in the game. I don't know if it's a bug or not, but
with the distance meter, I can zoom in but not out, and when I play as a sniper, I can't zoom in or out at all. Is this a bug? Please add options in the settings so I can assign keys for zooming in and out on the scope, because this isn't working for me and it's making the game difficult to play...
I have the mouse scroll wheel set to zoom in like everyone else, but it doesn’t work...
And the mouse works fine, but it doesn’t zoom in on anything in the game...

@FACEIT_DarwinGuys, you give permanent bans to smurfs, but cheaters who ruin the gameplay on your platform by using wall hacks, aim bots, or those new AI cheats only get a 24-month ban or, at most, have their accounts suspended, haha. So I’d rather have a smurf on the opposing team and have more people playing on your platform than play against persistent cheaters. Think about it, because your platform is turning into a bot farm like CS2—supposedly 1 million people are playing, but there are really only 100,000 real, live players.

It's not just your game that 3.3k player is probably boosting or bought an account. It's shocking people like that should be banned, especially since they don't even talk. This kind of nonsense shouldn't even happen. These guys join, don't say a word, you get pissed off, and right after the match you're left with no one to play with even three people aren't enough.

Faceit has very few employees since the takeover; now they think AI bots will decide on bans and stuff, haha. But the problem is still there because the same people are always in the lobby, deliberately trolling matches. I try to win every match, but when I get a player in every match who doesn’t use a microphone and trolls me in a sneaky way, I just don’t feel like playing there anymore. Yesterday I got a one-day ban for being toxic, just because I pointed out a few times to a player that he wasn’t saying anything during the game, haha. Oh, and my weekly summary: -700 Elo. Thanks, @FACEIT_Darwin , for bringing more trolls into the game and not punishing them for their lack of communication.

This is typical for Faceit... This guy is losing the match on purpose and won’t get anything for it, but he should get a 30-day ban. Even if you buy Premium, play a match, and end up with people who don’t use their microphones, you get annoyed because they don’t say a word the whole match—zero communication from them—and then you get reported by some guy who doesn’t say a word, and you get banned for being too toxic 3-7 days , haha

@FACEIT_Darwin Please add the ability to ban maps and choose the servers we want to play on, in the premium servers. The instant map feature in the premium servers without a choice is terrible—change it!! And the map you should add is OG Cobble

@FACEIT_Darwin Add reporting for not having a microphone in the game... It's annoying when you join a game and one or two people don't have a microphone and only write in the chat. There should be a 30-day ban for this so that people will think twice before they start a game
