When I pay for a replacement warranty. I expect a replacement of equivalent item. The keyboard that was replaced was a $39.99 keyboard which wasn’t in stock at this store. Instead I picked out a keyboard that cost $36.99 and had to pay over $12 after using my replacement extended warranty that I paid for with the original keyboard. Shouldn’t matter if I used rewards or not.

Sharing a bad experience with @BestBuy I will not be buying anything again from your stores. I came in to do a replacement exchange on a keyboard I purchased with the geek squad replacement warranty. Apparently, you do not honor those warranties since I originally purchased the item with reward points. Since the original keyboard was not in stock, I had to purchase a new keyboard out of my pocket despite having purchased the replacement warranty when I bought the item. My suggestion to anyone that reads this don’t fall for the geek squad warranty scam and go to a different company for your computer equipment like @microcenter. #ripoff #warrantyscam #scam
