No bus / skipped route in the evening for the past two weeks as well and no notifications. Supervisors have no information. Poor customer service.
@MCDOTNow how is it you continue to provide poor bus service to the working class north of Shady Grove. Continuous late buses that’s not weather or traffic related and no show buses on routes with no notice or explanation. Poor alerting system. Poor management.

@wmata never reliable! No matter how far in advance you plan a trip it doesn’t matter. You hold at almost every station on the redline and never pull right into shady grove.
@KitchenAidUSA are you guys losing your mojo! Mixers really aren’t what they used to be and even when you leave a review, you have to verify the review but you can’t because the domain does not exist. For a 500 dollar mixer one would expect more.
@AMCTheatres where are QC checks or management staff that’s engaged. Your theater in Rio Washingtonian for the second time has been off putting. From poorly stocked concession, long waits for service, unkept bathrooms, broken seats. Will go elsewhere.
@MCPS@ThomasTaylorEdD@MontgomeryParks - you talk about safety yet you move a bus pickup zone from HWMS to a dark isolated park area in Arora Hills. We now have speeders on our residential streets, hit and run accidents and pedestrian concerns. Great plan!
