But Councilmember Bob Kettle says enforcing prostitution and drug laws already on the books would be critical in this public safety fight.
Kettle even offered to work on revising the Stay Out of Areas of Prostitution(SOAP) ordinance that Evans refuses to enforce. She says it doesn't work.

@2aHistory I’m not an expert, but I think it depends on whether it is direct threaded, QD mount, etc. mine are both Huxwrx where the muzzle device is torqued on and the silencer is hand-tightened and gets tighter with use, but I’ve heard other types can loosen with use.
