I found an old video of myself (February 2023) when the "zap" attacks started happening all day every day. The attacks were aimed at my feet the most when it first began. Civilian physicians should not have to improvise a Havana Syndrome diagnosis.

A civilian walks in. The doctor has never heard of it, doesn't understand it. There is no CDC case definition and nothing “official” to test for. So they patch a label together, or they wash their hands and send the patient to psychiatry.

That is harm. The injury goes unrecognized and untreated. Federal employees already have a case definition. Civilians still do not.

This is the reason we filed BER v. CDC.

I've been saying this for a while, and I'll clarify now. Havana Syndrome is just a side effect of agency efforts to boost people's cognition using remote neuroweapons and AI.

The real secret is that the population as a whole has more undiagnosed cases of Havana than the government does, but they don't realize their symptoms are Havana, nor do they know what it's related to.

All that talk of AHI is almost 100 percent of the time your government using neuroweapons on its own people. The ratio of brain injuries to the effective “transplant” of the tech makes all attempts worthwhile.

One more “secret”: Skinwalker Ranch isn't a hotbed of ufo activity but a testbed for that neural tech. There is a reason individuals report strange sensations, headaches, and use a makeshift Faraday cage, and there are energy signatures (that are intentional) there.
