@Amazon, Your driver apparently can't back up his truck, so my deliveries (several of them) are not being made...telling me, "We had a problem with your delivery." Please find someone who can properly drive your truck or identify some other way to get my merchandise to me.
When selecting an Internet provider, know that the @ATT stone age infrastructure can only support 25Mb in many locations. And, it's been out for 25 hours now, and no ETA for restoration. Be careful who you get stuck with! #ATTFail

How can @Walmart screw up a simple online order, then claim no responsibility because "the order was filled by a 3rd party??" It's simple...I want what I ordered FROM WALMART and paid for!
@ADT Your installation technician has been at my house for over five hours now. He's spent the last 75 minutes ON HOLD WITH ADT waiting to activate the ADT Gateway. What a crappy way to run a business!
Wow....@TractorSupply - You confirmed an item was in stock, yet an order placed six days ago still hasn't shipped. Disappointing when a company like TSC plays these kinds of games; as if I'd ordered from a company in China. Someone needs to read the Customer Service 101 manual.
@Walmart we should know better than to expect anything different, but 3 out of 17 registers are open with about 20-25 people in line. SCO has about 30 folks waiting. I'd anyone managing this store un Dawsonville, GA??
@TDAmeritrade Wow..39 minute wait time for an existing customer. I think even the cable company does better than that. Makes me question the level of customer commitment.
@UHaul_Cares Thanks, Jenn. Now I'm hearing horror stories from several people about showing up with a reservation and finding no trailers. How do we make sure UHaul is holding a trailer per my reservation?
@UHaul_Cares has really screwed us this time! Reserved a trailer for me at a pickup location that HAS NO TRAILERS and isn't even open yet (not for a few weeks). Need the trailer QUICKLY and no one is answering the phones at UHaul. #HighandDryByUHAUL
@UHaul_Cares FINALLY got through to a regional manager who changed the reservation...so I'm (hopefully!) now good. But seriously...how can UHaul book a trailer at a pickup location that hasn't even opened their doors yet?

@AmazonHelp Oh...I finally received my long overdue delivery. However, no one at Amazon seems to care about the persistent problems with this delivery driver.
@AmazonHelp Delivery driver shows up at the destination (a business), then leaves without delivering anything when asked to drop the packages off at the mailroom. This has happened for two days in a row, which is why the Amazon deliveries are late. Any help here would be great.
@AmazonHelp You know what, don't worry about it. I've already wasted more time than this is worth and I was foolish to believe there would be any follow-up to a complaint about a delivery driver.
@AmazonHelp The response I received was "thanks for your feedback," which did not resolve my issue. I also received a message from the seller telling me that since the item was shipped from Amazon, I'd have to discuss my issue with you, giving me a number you no longer answer.
