The exercise no one wants to do but should have in their program:
Bulgarian split squats.
Single leg movement. Trains your glutes, hips, and quads while training balance at the same time.
Horrible but effective.
A chocolate cake made of blueberries, eggs, cocoa powder and coconut sugar. Keto ish and healthy. Basically tastes like a flourless chocolate cake - and density- but a bit less sweet. Perfect with espresso. Pretty guilt free and worth making again.

The secret to being healthy in your 40s is to be boring. Wake up early. Go to sleep early. Eat similar meals. Drink water. Do the same workout week. Get protein and fiber at every meal. If you want to be fit stop chasing the shiney shit and commit to being boring.
