Hindu “roots” never had the ghunghat system until the Mughals came...And galti ye hui, bhai, ki she or the brand should’ve known that it’s a Hindu festival. It’s celebrated seriously, especially in the northern parts of India. In a festival like this, her outfit looked almost like lingerie…that just felt wrong.
Kalko ye keh ke ki meri hi behen hai and I sit for rakshabandhan kacche mei...will look inappropriate always.

I have a question to all women defending Kriti. Where, in India can you wear that outfit please tell me?
The office? A movie with your friends group? College? School? At home in front of your parents? If your answer is No, then her outfit wasn't correct for Rakshabandhan festival. You will happily comply if a restaurant or buffet dinner has a dress code, but misuse freedom of choice for festivals, the one day that brings people together will divide everyone. Are u this Stupid to not understand a larger agenda behind selective targeting of Hindus?
