Israel is killing medics and children today.

Two years ago today, Hind Rajab was killed by Israeli forces. She was five years old.

On 29th January 2024, Hind and her relatives were fired on by an Israeli tank when trying to flee to safety. Everyone in the vehicle was killed by the initial attack except Hind and her 15-year-old cousin, Layan.

Layan called the Palestinian Red Crescent but was killed shortly after, leaving Hind on the line.

The two medics who were dispatched, Youssef Zeino and Ahmed al-Madhoun, in a vehicle marked as a Palestinian Red Crescent ambulance to rescue her, were also targeted by Israeli tank fire as they approached. They were both killed.

The recording of Hind’s call to the Red Crescent spread across the world.

Hind is one of the at least 20,179 children who have been killed by Israeli forces in Gaza since October 2023 - according to the latest reports from the United Nations. The real figure is likely much higher.

Justice for Hind Rajab requires not only her killers to be brought to justice. The architects of the genocide in Gaza must be held accountable too. Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant must face trial at the International Criminal Court for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Remember Hind Rajab.

Just 6 years old. She sat for hours on the phone to paramedics with 6 murdered family members around her.

She told them “They are shooting at us. The tank is next to me.”

The Red Cross waited hours for Israel to permit them rescue her.

When the ambulance that was cleared to rescue arrived they executed the medics and then murdered her putting 355 bullets into the car she was in.

Her final words to paramedics and recorded were "I’m so scared, please come".

Israel has banned any of the Palestinian hostages being released today, or their families, from speaking to the media.

Their voices or pictures of their torture to be hidden from the world.

If they do they'll murder them.

This isn't a peace deal - it's further dehumanisation and oppression.

The most sickening thing about Starmer and his support for genocide is he knows the truth, the law and the depth of the barbarity.

Rather than uphold the laws he studied and has a responsibility to act upon as Prime Minister, he ignores mass slaughter and starvation.

Instead he sends them weapons and support whilst he leads witch-hunts against those speaking and acting out.
