🚨 MAJOR SCOTUS VICTORY on Mail-in-Ballots Rules...Lifts Ban on 23 States

The Supreme Court has just overruled a block placed by an Obama Judge preventing Trump's Executive Order to implement safeguards for Mail-in-Ballots.

The ruling now means states must:

-Turn over a list of every voter getting a ballot

-Put unique serialized barcodes on both the outgoing and return envelopes

If a state refuses, USPS will not deliver those ballots.

This is a major election integrity win.

States Newsroom's own tax filings show revenue north of twenty-seven million dollars in fiscal year 2024 alone. It was incubated from 2017 to 2019 at the Hopewell Fund — part of the Arabella Advisors Network, widely reported across the political spectrum as the biggest dark money apparatus on the American left.

Arabella shut its doors in November of last year. Its servicing operation reopened as Sunflower Services — owned by the very funds it used to service, Hopewell included. That's from Hopewell's own website. Same operation. New name.

Tiffin Publishing becomes North Star Civic. Arabella becomes Sunflower. The machine sheds its old skin when it deems necessary.

States Newsroom's disclosed backers include the VWyss Foundation — Hansjorg Wyss, a Swiss billionaire who the Associated Press reports has poured more than two hundred million dollars into the Sixteen Thirty Fund. State filings show Sixteen Thirty spent eleven and a half million dollars in Ohio ballot campaigns in 2023 alone. Ohio's legislature responded: House Bill 1, signed into law June 2024, banning foreign national money in ballot issue campaigns. They saw the pipeline too after my reporting published by The Ohio Press Network highlighted it.

Now watch it run in real time. A Substack called Oligarch Watch publishes a piece attacking Vivek Ramaswamy. Within days, at least three separate https://t.co/9SNaEjGRDi articles distribute the material. Then it shows up in an Amy Acton campaign press release. Then it lands in a Democratic Governors Association television ad. One week. Four stops. Substack to your TV screen.

Here's my question for you: https://t.co/9SNaEjGRDi has published at least 10 pieces in three weeks on Representative Max Miller's domestic allegations — five different bylines. I verified every URL myself. In those pieces, they wrote that Miller "is entitled to the presumption of innocence" and "he denies every allegation." Good. Real journalistic standard. I'm holding them to it.

So I asked in writing: how many stories on the 2019 Bexley police response at Dr. Amy Acton's home — a public police report, a 911 call log obtained by the Ohio Press Network where the dispatcher recorded the caller reporting, and I'm quoting the public record, "mom has been drinking and throwing things and breaking glass"? How many stories on Senator Sherrod Brown's divorce file — not sealed, not redacted, never retracted — in which his then-wife swore she was "definitely afraid of him" and that he had "struck and bullied her"?

Ten pieces on the Republican. Still waiting for the count on the others.

Four times I've asked whether https://t.co/9SNaEjGRDi, North Star Civic Media, or any contractor for either has any communication, coordination, content sharing, consulting, or financial relationship with the Ohio Democratic Party, the Amy Acton campaign, David Pepper, the Brown campaign, or any Democratic candidate or committee this cycle.

Ohio Democrat gubernatorial candidate and failed former Ohio Department of Health Director @amyactonoh turned a manageable virus into an economic disaster through bad science and manufactured panic. She ordered the shutdown of Ohio, wiped out small businesses, and traumatized an entire generation of children. When lawmakers demanded transparency, she hid the data and fled. Now she wants to be rewarded as Ohio’s next Governor despite the wreckage she caused. 

An EXCLUSIVE, never-before-released 911 call from August 2019 — obtained by @LoomeredStrat Loomered Strategies reveals the chaos inside Amy Acton’s own home that closely resembles the chaos Ohioans suffered under her reign as Ohio Department of Health Director during COVID.

On the night of August 17, 2019, while Amy Acton was still serving as Director of the Ohio Department of Health, her own then 23-year-old daughter, Madison S. Beech, dialed 911 from the family’s Bexley home. The 911 call log itself — Call #19-10872 — has never been released to the public until now.

Dispatcher Mary Donat logged the call at 9:45 p.m. The initial narrative is blunt and shocking:

“step dad and mom are fighting and mom has been drinking and throwing things and breaking glass / daughter has left house and heading to her dad’s.”

That is the contemporaneous account from Amy’s daughter who was inside the house: fighting, drinking, throwing objects, breaking glass, and the daughter fleeing to her father’s to escape her unstable and inebriated mother.

Officers arrived.

The official Field Interview Report (19BEX-10872-FI) written by Patrol Officer/ Detective John Kim records a noticeably narrower version of events. Acton and her husband Eric were in a verbal argument over her extended work hours. According to the report, Acton became upset, grabbed hold of the mirror on the wall and pulled it down, shattering the glass. She admitted she had been drinking and had taken an unknown amount of prescription medication. She then went into the garage to get into her car and leave. Her husband talked her out of driving because she had been drinking.

A Columbus Fire medic evaluated Amy on scene and advised her to go to the hospital. She refused. The report concludes there was “no evidence of any physical violence” and that it was “a verbal dispute only.”

The daughter’s never-before-released 911 call described an active, chaotic scene of fighting, drinking, and Amy Acton throwing objects and breaking glass, serious enough that the adult daughter left the house & called 911. The official field report compresses that into a single mirror being pulled down during a verbal argument. Both accounts, however, confirm the same critical facts: Ohio’s top medical official had been drinking, had taken an unknown quantity of prescription medication, destroyed property inside her home, and was actively trying to get into her car to drive while under the influence of alcohol mixed with an unknown amount of prescription drugs.

This is the record from a Saturday night in August 2019 at the Acton home — captured in real time by her own daughter’s 911 call and later sanitized in the police department’s written summary. Today, Amy Acton is running for Governor of Ohio.

Ohio voters are entitled to ask whether the judgment @DrAmyActon @amyactonoh displayed that night is the judgment they want displayed by the person making decisions that affect nearly 12 million Ohioans.
