A leadership title does not instantly make you GENIUS if you weren't one before. Instead, it should humble you to become a better LISTENER to the silent, genuine geniuses around you. Leadership is about TAPPING into the best that everyone—each uniquely GIFTED by God—has to offer.
The people of Busia once had Ababu representing them, but after the recent reshuffle, their hopes of having someone in the cabinet now rest with Hon. Mutua, who has an outstanding track record. Rais skiza watu yako

Dental Myths That Could Harm Your Oral Health
1. Myth: "If there's no pain, my teeth are fine."
Reality: Dental issues often develop silently. Regular checkups are vital to catch problems before they cause pain or serious damage.
2. Myth: "Brushing harder cleans better."
Reality: Brushing too hard can actually harm your gums and wear down enamel. A gentle, circular brushing motion with a soft-bristled brush is most effective.
3. Myth: "Flossing isn’t necessary if I brush well."
Reality: Flossing is essential because it removes plaque and food particles from between your teeth, areas that brushing alone can't reach.
4. Myth: "Cavities are only caused by sugar."
Reality: While sugar is a major culprit, acidic foods and beverages can also erode enamel and lead to cavities.
5.Myth: "Teeth whitening weakens teeth."
Reality: When done correctly, teeth whitening is safe and does not damage the teeth. However, misuse or overuse can lead to enamel damage. Always consult a dentist before starting any whitening treatment.

The last time I heard about my MP, they were pushing for a university in my area. Yet, without strong and beautiful Primary and Secondary Schools, the dream of university education will remain out of reach for us. Kudos to @NdindiNyoro .
