Perhaps the people who run the #aws #reinvent portal may have had more success if it was hosted on AWS?

@SkyHelpTeam I spoke to someone yesterday. Despite waiting months, only offered install 5 weeks away. This is how you repay loyalty?

[Steve Bennett @DaemonSteve]

Nearly 1 month later and no call back about my SKYQ failed install. This could be the end of my 15 year+ sky TV sub @SkyHelpTeam.

[Steve Bennett @DaemonSteve]

@SkyHelpTeam Chat is constantly busy - still no call back.

[Steve Bennett @DaemonSteve]

@SkyHelpTeam Chat is busy, phone line is busy. I am busy. Why no call back?

[Steve Bennett @DaemonSteve]

@SkyHelpTeam I'm fed up of calling and being put on hold for ages. Where is my call back? You should be calling me. That was what we agreed.

[Steve Bennett @DaemonSteve]

@SkyHelpTeam if mini box was the issue I would have much rather he left us with the main skyQ box and fix the mini box later.

[Steve Bennett @DaemonSteve]

@SkyHelpTeam solely due to attitude of the engineer. He said it wouldn't work as he came in the door. Stated wifi to mini box as issue.

[Steve Bennett @DaemonSteve]

@SkyHelpTeam 15m and up a floor.

[Steve Bennett @DaemonSteve]

@SkyHelpTeam but no call back. Was promised within ½ hour. Was promised compensation and emergency visit. Just not good enough.

[Steve Bennett @DaemonSteve]

@SkyHelpTeam ok... https://t.co/kwOaBL59Wc states I can use wired Ethernet.

[Steve Bennett @DaemonSteve]

@SkyHelpTeam and I went through this on the phone. No call back. I've tried to call. 20mins on hold and gave up.

[Steve Bennett @DaemonSteve]

@SkyHelpTeam it's not Sky. But that is not a requirement for SkyQ and I know I can use a wired connection on the second box. Without skyBB.

[Steve Bennett @DaemonSteve]

@SkyHelpTeam stated lack of wifi signal for 2nd box. Had wired connection, but said that doesn't work. Packed everything up and left.

[Steve Bennett @DaemonSteve]

@SkyHelpTeam Eng refused to install SkyQ. Phoned last Fri. Promised an emergency visit & compensation. Didn't even get a call back.

[Steve Bennett @DaemonSteve]

@SkyUK how long do I have to wait for a callback from a complaint? 8 days & counting. Failed #SkyQ install, by terrible engineer. Tick Tock
