Just to be clear. The two items were VERY carefully opened, with only the tape used to ensure the box remained closed being sliced to allow access to the box. each item was examined, rejected and placed back in the box. A return was arranged within 3 hours of arrival.

@EaglemossLtd - Can you please explain how an order cancellation where an item was delivered, opened, deemed to be of poor quality and returned within 3 days is deemed to incur a 50% reduction in refund? Can you explain how this is a fair contract in accordance with CCR Law UK?
