We just delivered an open letter to Dean Harrington @HeartBobH and @WeillCornell signed by a majority of postdocs. It calls on WCM to bargain intensively and respond to our remaining proposals. We hope that WCM will continue to demonstrate its commitment to reaching an agreement.

However, @Alexa_Strauss8 took this project to the next level and used various combinations of allosteric and orthosteric drugs to map the activation pathway of mGluR3 using cryo-EM!!! She leveraged four drug combinations to yield 7 distinct structural classes 😎
