I bought a new car from @LookersGroup @LookersVW in June last year. There were a number of issues - meant I had to return the car for work. We agreed some compensation (not £) and I kept the car. Some 7 months later, I’m still waiting for them to fulfil their promises #fail #poor

I RENEWED my car insurance with @lv on 16 July (just over 2 weeks ago) - the renewal cost £144pa. I sold the car today so called to cancel the policy. I was told there would be a £40 cancellation fee (28%!!) & I should have checked the terms and conditions #poor @financialombuds
