Have proof? I searched for it and nothing came up except for some click bait clips that didn't show anything. Also he was criticizing ice/police. That's kind of the point. He didn't criticize the Chinese police, even said he thought it was a good thing. Just answer this, if American police did what the Chinese police did to him on camera, do you think his response would be different?
@Duprious@Vibetom@hasanthehun If Hasan was detained by police in America and went through his phone without a warrant, do you think his reaction would be different?
@Tradovid@TheOmniLiberal again just virtue signaling. There are thousands of charities with very specific causes. Keep virtue signaling on x to make you feel high and mighty I suppose. Using your less taxed income to donate to charity is much more effective than giving it to the government.
@Tradovid@TheOmniLiberal Definition of virtue signaling. Go give 50 bucks to a charity you believe in. https://t.co/fQ6wIm7g2L
Mine is children with medical issues. I particularly like St. Jude's and Ronald McDonald House.
you said that after you made your point and I countered. so you're saying the government dictates your morality? if the government doesn't think they should spend money on something that's your ethics? news flash it already works that way unless you voluntarily change it. again how much did you donate to any charity the last year?
@Tradovid@TheOmniLiberal You should donate every last cent you have and future earnings to save lives in the 3rd world. You do that and people will take your stance more seriously. How much have you donated to charity the past year?
@Tradovid@TheOmniLiberal alright so you are admitting it's only in your fantasy utopia everyone gets what they want. but you realize that's not reality. why are you using that unrealistic fantasy as an argument? just because it makes you feel good?
@Tradovid@TheOmniLiberal lol what? Anyway the same goes for any treatment, it ultimately comes down to human labor hours. Should every single person in the world have access to every single treatment free of charge?
Ok so you believe everyone should have access to the latest cutting edge technology. What if a capitalist society cured an incurable brain cancer. For every cure it cost 1 million human hours of labor. The only reason medicine has come this far is because of capitalism btw. Should every person on earth have equal access to it, like a lottery? Or should you be able to buy it?
