@AlfonsoReports@Newsday I would rather see an article about the fewer peak trains with less cars during rush hour that are overcrowded.
It becomes more of a battle and survival of the fittest to get a seat.
@LIRR It’s actually the entire station on the street level. From the east side to the west side, on the north side of the platform along the parking lot and including the berm that leads up to the tracks.
@LIRR another reason why I won’t activate my e-ticket prior to boarding or seeing a collector…the 4:12 Penn/Massapequa Park train…no collector ever came through. I don’t care what your rules are, I’m not activating until I see a collector.
@LIRR the reason why I do t like activating my ticket too soon is because like today, the 8:04 Massapequa/Penn collector never came through. It would have wasted it…regardless of your “rules”.
@LIRR Hello. Yes. At the very least, the 3 sets of signs on the east side of the platform are not working. They are only showing “dots” on some of the pages it scrolls through.
