Some time ago, I bought a small camera to check my tarantulas hide. Really helpful!

Still gives me a heart attack when I find the exuviae and then suddenly, the fresh molted tarantula jumps at my camera. See for yourself... 🫨💀

My #Psalmopoeus cambridgei #tarantula looks quite greenish after her molt. Really happy to see her in such stunning coloration.

Well, good and sad news today.
My #Pterinopelma sazimai is about to molt. 😊
Sadly, on the same day, one of the bigger #Avicularia peru purple died due a leg loss. I can only guess it got stuck somewhere and died.

My #Pamphobeteus tigris gets mad because she can't take the waterbowl inside her coconut shell. It was a hilarious experience to watch her trying hard. 🤣😂

My #Heteroscodra maculata #Tarantula refused food or just ate half of it for too long. She got too weak.

Maybe she was older than I was told, or something else...

I am a bit confused about my #Heteroscodra maculata. She became such a bad eater and often refused food. If she rarely grabs a snack, she mostly just eats half of it. Her abdomen is shrinking.😔
I don't know what to do or try.
Does anyone has an idea?

@ALEVAS_Sakaki Yes, I gave her mealworms and smaller crickets. She ate them about half of it.
She has a waterbowl, sometimes she takes a sip...
