@ArsenalBallots I don't have acces to tx for sporting game and after calling tx helpline, turns out my friend who applied for me and him for the ballot got his membership late Jan and has the embargo. Think this situation is pretty stupid especially why give him option to apply.

1. Click on the top right where your profile icon is and it should log you in.
2. Go and click on tickets and ballots, then ballot registration again and it should work.
