@WeAreZizzi this is my go to pizza when buying from a supermarket as it’s my absolute favourite since going vegan but was sad to see the lack of chillies or tomatoes on this one, only 1 chilli and 2 little bits of tomato 🥺

It’s taken 4 days to find out my @gymshark parcel has been “lost” by @Hermesparcels and I only found out because I had to chase them. @Hermesparcels were you ever going to tell me?!?! This is ridiculous #BoycottHermes

Called the helpline and managed to add our bags to the return journey. £100 on two new “cabin size” suitcases and £142 on top of flights to put them in hold. @flybe this information is available on website but PLEASE make it clearer so that other people don’t have this issue!

We had the exact same problem at Exeter airport, will not be recommending @flybe! Many people on our flight were also caught out! We bought suitcases specifically because they were “cabin size”!😩

@flybe it would seem that you’re baggage checking device st Aberdeen airport is undersized , specifically purchased this suitcase to meet all guidelines and have used it on many airlines #fraud #airline #CustomerService ,charged £50 for this ,joke

I appreciate the planes are smaller than most airlines and realise the restrictions are smaller but now we can’t check in online/on the app or add hold baggage to our booking in advance so we will have to pay more at the airport on the way home! First and last time using @Flybe
