@thetrainline I have just realised I have purchased the wrong railcard 😞 I did wonder why my trains weren’t being discounted. How do I apply for a refund to re purchase the correct one? TIA 😊
@thetrainline We didn’t no, the barriers were up at the station so we didn’t even scan them to gain access to the platform. The train was then cancelled as we were standing at the platform, and the return ticket was not used given we couldn’t get there - thanks, Daisy

@thetrainline I tried to do this and there was no option, I’ve since tried a few more times and it’s still not working. I think I am now past to claim dates - but this isn’t my issue. It hasn’t let me do it since day 1. Please can someone help?
