appeal to @MCA21India@icsi_cs extend CCFS 2026 till December, 2026 for us file all forms smoothly and without hampering filings for FY 2025-2026. Since your portal is anyways not working.
The demand of the majority of tax professionals is simple and practical:
• Tax Audit Report — permanently fixed at 31st October
• ITR filing for audited cases — 30th November
• Company statutory forms/ROC filings — 31st December
A predictable compliance calendar will help professionals plan their work, give taxpayers sufficient time, and most importantly, allow CAs to complete audits with the time and attention they actually require.
Frequent extensions and last-minute changes are not a solution to a structural problem.
A stable compliance calendar is better for professionals, taxpayers and the system itself.
TAR KI date revised karo..
September ke badle october karo..
Ham bhi insaan hai yaar..
Yaha bank walo ko 6 din kaam nahi karna hai or hame dino rat monday to sunday everyday kaam karne ka??? Par kyu???
Indian education ki tarah working system bhi kharab hai yaar.! #TAXAUDIT
I hv observed that our Institutes never oppose illogical things.
For example:-
1). ITR/TAR due dates,
2). Companies ROC Annual filing Late fees
and so on..
Had they stood at right time,
the situation would have been different.
Tax audit deadline should be extended from 30 Sep to 31 Oct.
A one-month gap after the ITR filing deadline of August 31 seems too short for many CA firms to complete their tax audits.
RT if you agree.

Resp. @nitin_gadkari ji pl ask @FinMinIndia to
Kindly extend due date to file Tax Audit report by one month till 31/10/2026.
It is practically not possible to conclude complex and exhaustive reporting with quality within 30 days. Pl reconsider.

No one demanded an extension of the 31st July or 31st August due dates because sufficient time was available.
But completing Tax Audit within one month is practically impossible. Quality audit requires proper verification, review and reporting.
Reuquest Extension upto 31st Oct For Tax audit.

Requesting @IncomeTaxIndia@FinMinIndia & @nsitharamanoffc to extend the Tax Audit report due date for AY 2026-27 by at least 15–30 days, preferably till 31st October 2026. The current timeline is too tight to complete the tax audit process properly. 🙏
