We cancelled our flights in March due to the war in Iran. The airline have informed us they have paid https://t.co/4VR7i3bX91 our refund however https://t.co/4VR7i3bX91 have still not paid us. We will be taking legal action as getting no where

@bookingcom We have done this multiple times including today. You are breaking the law not giving us money back and we are therefore taking legal action

@bookingcom They are useless, saying they haven’t received anything from the airline. We have sent them a screen shot showing a gentleman we spoke to via https://t.co/4VR7i3bX91 on the 17th June who confirmed they had received the payment. We will be taking Legal action should be ashamed
