@Luas @TFIupdates Trams from The Point are constantly late. Displays say “Due” for minutes while trams sit visible at the The Point. We pay for this service—if there’s a delay, state it accurately. The tram doesn't wait for us, so stop wasting our time. Be on time.

@TFIupdates please make sure busses stop at their actual stop not halfway down the street from where they are meant to stop. This morning I missed two 15 busses from stop 301 because they stopped further back from their actual stops and I couldn’t see them with all the traffic!
