@TS_Secrets Assuming you live somewhere in the south with Bermuda grass or some other warm season grass, not much you need to do. Put out a preemergent to keep weeds from germinating. It will go dormant soon and start coming out of dormancy around march depending on what you have.

We have been actively looking to expand and grow Crossbar. There’s two main issues.

1. It is difficult to find suitable spaces. -Most soccer venues rarely hit the market.
-Construction costs are high so new builds aren’t the best option.
-Clear span warehouses with high ceilings and no support beams are hard to find.

2. Each buildout requires $250k-$1 million.
-We do not have the cash flow to self fund these yet.
-None of our owners have that type of money sitting in the bank.

Our niche is the adult market. Almost every indoor soccer facility caters to youth first. We are the exact opposite.

We have pickup soccer daily and average 50+ per night. Our bar has 50+ local beers along with liquor and shots. Cornhole nights every Thurdsay.

We currently have an 18,000 square foot building in Richardson, TX. The field is about 13,500 of that space. One of our partners has a vintage jersey shop out of the facility. The rest of the space is a couple small offices and our bar/seating area.

Our field is used on average 12 hours per day, 7 days per week. We typically are only closed about 5 days per year.

The only open times are midnight to 8am and a few random daytime hours. During Ramadan we actually stay open till 2am for some clients.
