So many important things can be learned in either setting (salary, call schedule, cost of living, benefits, sub specialty exposure). Tho as a dad these things may matter more to me than some

@CampbellGrantMD @Baine_H This is my concern as well. Everyone can put on a friendly face for 6 hours of interview day.

In-person definitely allows for more small interactions to learn personality (talking over meals, walking the halls, etc.) but I’m not sure the difference is that significant.
