@Cobratate When a government starts treating human rights as optional, it stops defending justice and starts defending power. No democracy should ever be comfortable with that. Today it’s Andrew and Tristan. Tomorrow it could be anyone who refuses to stay silent.

The media won’t show you this: Andrew Tate bought an old friend of Tristan a 150k Porsche 🏎️💸 after the divorce system crushed him 💔
“Worked hard 10 years, wife divorced him, took the house, he sold his BMW.
Met him last month Ubering everywhere.
So I bought him a $150k Porsche — used but ready immediately.
The female system can’t hurt my friends.” 💪

Julie wondered if he was starving or stalling. “Would you like chips with dip or something else to eat?”
“No, thank you.” Jack smiled. “Those are as tasty as I remembered.”
“I like them too.” Another thing they had in common. “So, Carla’s caused another death.”
Jack’s smile disappeared. “More than one.”
“No way!”
“I’m afraid so. About a week after the story hit the papers, this odd character showed up with a crew and cameras. He wanted to do a documentary. I politely sent them away. They packed up their van and left. Unfortunately, they had the balls to return while I was at work. I’ll spare you the details, but two out of the five are dead, and another is badly injured. His face is burnt beyond recognition.”
Julie felt sick. “When did this happen?”
“After Sue’s baby shower.”
“Did anything happen when the guys all met at your place that afternoon to play cards?”
“We felt her presence, but nothing violent. Sometimes, I wonder if she knows she’s a ghost.”
“How does she treat your friends when they visit?”
“I’m not letting anyone visit.”
“Not even Bill?”
“Not even Bill. Rick, another deputy, and the paramedics came by when the deaths took place.”
“I know you said you’d spare me the details, but I’m curious. Did the other two die of a heart attack, which could have been a coincidence?”
Jack shook his head.
“Was it real gory?”
“They were electrocuted in the basement.”
Horrified, her body shook from head to toe. “I wonder why Gabby didn’t tell me anything about this. She’s really into all that paranormal stuff.”
“Tell me about it. Rick had a great idea. We hired her to do research on the topic, and she had to swear under oath that she would not tell a soul until the problem is solved, and she is forbidden to come close to the house.”
“She would take those responsibilities very seriously.”
“Precisely. Rick says she has books beside her bed, in the kitchen, in the living room, and in the bathroom.”
“Sounds about right. Until the problem is solved, can’t you rent an apartment or something?”
“With all the bad publicity, my house will not sell, and I won’t be able to afford another place. Besides, when the ghost realizes I’m no longer living there, it will probably hunt me down.”
“Oh! God.”
“During my last visit here, the mirrors in my bedroom and bathroom were shattered. She’ll probably trash more of the house this week.”
“And all this time, I thought raising a kid by myself sucked.”
“I bet it does.”
“Move here. She never liked the cold weather.”
“If it were that simple, I’d be here in a heartbeat.”
“It could be,” she said, but she knew better.
“I’m really worried Carla will find a way out of the house and kill others I love. Like my parents, my sister, or my friends. We can’t all move here.”
“I know.” She wiped the tears she could no longer hold back.
Jack pulled her in his arms. “We’ll figure something out.” He nuzzled her hair, and her heart melted. “By the way, did you notice Sam ate two cookies.”
“Yes, and he didn’t even drop a crumb.”
“They’re too good to waste.”
They both watched Samuel put the barn animals into the dump truck. When Samuel added the backhoe into the bucket, the load tipped over, and he scowled.
Julie went to Samuel’s bedroom and returned with a book. She sat Samuel between her and Jack and read The Three Little Pigs. Samuel huffed and puffed when she finished.
“Cookie breath, it’s almost your bedtime.” Julie blew him a kiss and sprung to her feet. In the kitchen, she prepared his night bottle.
Jack can’t continue to live this way.
Julie massaged her temples.
Jack brought the box of cookies to the kitchen. “You okay?”
She forced a smile and nodded.
“Sam bit into another one and puffed it out.”
“He’s moody when he’s tired.”
“I’m going to clean him and be on my way.”
“What’s the rush?”
He grinned.
“Don’t get any ideas.”
“Well… I hadn’t, until now.” He winked and added, “I’m kidding. Jules, you’ve been yawning for at least half an hour.”
“I can stop.” She yawned and sneered.
