Had made the final 4 a tine or two at Oklahoma. How in the hell could he not get the job done at USC. It’s baffling

Obviously BD should be better but in a weird way I want USC to be better too. I live on the west coast. I don’t care for UCLA or Oregon

@CoachD178 great article. Perfectly said. Sadly I have zero confidence in freeman to demand changes & I know damn well Ash will not rise to the level needed to excel defensively (pass rush) vs Miami. Freeman appears weak, I don’t know him but he appears weak as a head coach. Ash is horruble

@SubwayAlumLife agree. I have been as critical of Coach Freeman as anybody. This article was great. I am PROUD to have Coach Freeman as our Head Coach. He seems like a great person. I dont think he is a great coach & thats very far from the worst thing in the world. He's the right coach for ND

@XRPBYU Jay Hill is the former Weber State head coach correct?? Man he had it rolling when he was at WSU from like 2017 to whenever it was that he left. That program was a monster out here in this area of the country.

@FIPreview @irishillustratd That’s so perfectly said. It’s all on Marcus Freeman. He buys off on those coordinators game plans. He is the one who fosters an environment where the players could start the game cocky and totally unfocused. And it’s happened multiple times under his watch
