@Simi_2210_ If we define the holes as the empty space and count them in the 3D, there are 20 holes. If we count them using the two-dimensional plane, where the outer side or face of the fabric is a different (or negative) dimension or plane than the inner face, then there would be 40 holes.
THIS GUY SPENT 6 MONTHS TRAINING A MODEL THAT TURNS AI IMAGES INTO CLEAN, ACTUALLY EDITABLE VECTOR FILES
if youve ever tried to vectorize an ai image, it sucks.
every normal tracer follows the pixels, and ai images have soft blurry edges, so a simple illustration comes out with 522 anchor points. the same art drawn clean is 59, so its unusable.
anchor points are the little dots that define the shape of a vector, the fewer you have, the cleaner and easier it is to edit. 522 of them on one simple illustration means you basically cant work with it.
the problem is a plain algorithm cant tell the difference between the wobble in a blurry edge and the actual design.
so he and his cofounder trained a model that understands what the shape is supposed to be
> drop in a png or jpg, get a clean editable svg out
> about 70% fewer nodes than a normal image trace
> the paths actually survive real editing in illustrator, figma or inkscape
> built for logos, illustrations, stickers and flat art, exactly the stuff people generate with ai
they tried the easy way first, building on existing tracers and cleaning up the output, and hit a wall
no amount of post processing fixed it, because the tool needs an actual opinion about what its looking at. so they spent 6 months building exactly that
@RealCryptoFace Some need luxuries or pleasures, to pay for the occasional treat or necessity they think is indispensable. Others simply need water available.
@RealCryptoFace With that $, I would provide water to eight families in my neighborhood who have been carrying water in buckets for the past six months amid a serious policrisis, and I would pay for everything with this crypto. And I would make a thank-you video featuring each family.
real.
@astrojoc In Cuban Spanish, it’s said:
Short: - Que sé yo!
(Who knows!)
In slang: Que carajo sé yo!
(What the fuck do I know!)
In intellectual-babble mode: - más o menos lo mismo!
(More or less the same thing!)
@RobleRegal "This challenge was a very fun experiment that I genuinely enjoyed sharing with the world." 🧐🫤😑😒
I think I need to choose my battles, my sacrifices, my hunger, and my sleep schedule better...
@vangoyaa If the digital art and NFT collecting world had bet on true art and a radically different, original, and timeless concept, it would be this: the https://t.co/GyBEkkQnVt collective.
