@mountainwesttax Holly Hills is still in demand. Thatโs overpriced. But it could get $850k.
Cherry Creek High School. Also that area is a deal compared to going across the highway relatively speaking.
That area is having prices accelerate right now and some of these have multiple offers.
@mountainwesttax Realtor in Denver. We are seeing a wave of homes going under contract again in the last 2 weeks.
Do you love that area of town? You can get a better deal then that if you are willing by buying a scrape.
The market is not crashing as much as everyone wants it too in Denver.
@markianrubin@girdley You mentioned you sold back to the franchise. Is that typical? If you can double or triple revenue from where you entered the franchise will they take it back and pay you out?

I have three properties in Colorado rates at 3% 3.6% (x2)
Canโt really find any reason to pay them down when yields on cash and ST fixed income are higher.
