Over the past month, wallet #5 accumulated half as much #KAS as the entire network mined into existence.

Over the past 30 days, the wallet ending in m7n4uk5a, which is probably owned by @Binance, accumulated an amount of KAS equivalent to approximately 54% of the entire new supply mined by the network over the same period.

This underscores the magnitude of supply shock that institutional adoption of Kaspa will have. Kaspa emissions decline so rapidly that large institutional players will be forced to accumulate large swaths of the remaining new supply in order to make a market.

Unlike in the #tradFi space where large institutional players can hide their large purchases and sales in dark pools to unfairly front-run and extract value from other market participants, they cannot do so on Kaspa due to the transparent nature of the distributed ledger. This is one reason why Kaspa is superior: it makes ledger manipulation so costly that all market participants are effectively forced to play by the same set of rules.
