As a pastor, I’ve learned there’s not much difference between white conservatives and white progressives. They both center their whiteness and bail out when things gets tough or when they don’t get their way—especially if they have to follow black leadership.
You've heard it said: "Love the sinner & hate their sin"
I'd rather: Love everyone & hate MY OWN sin.
I don't know how some find so much time to
condemn others. Do they never sin?
"Whatever measure you use to judge others
will be used to measure how you're judged" Jesus
Leadership development is a little like prayer and tithing. It's not complicated, and it’s hard to do it wrong, but you have to be committed at a heart level and stay in the game for actual results.
If some folks put as much time and effort into seeking justice and learning history as they did into combatting Critical Race Theory, there would be no need for Critical Race Theory.
Don’t kneel. Don’t lock arms. Don’t love each other. Don’t empathize with your brother. Don’t care about your country. Don’t speak up for the vulnerable. Don’t seek justice or righteousness.
Just play.
Sad.
I can’t explain how I felt watching Black Panther and telling my kids that we now had a superhero!!! Bro, you’ll never ever know how incredibly proud you made us. Thank you for giving of yourself while fighting your own battle. May the Lord comfort and bless your family. ✊🏾 👑
I love this. I know these men don’t all agree. Some of them want to play others don’t. Some vote red others vote blue. But becuase they are a team, they desire to at least attempt to understand each other’s pain. Even if for a moment. There IS hope.
“The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.”

"After pastoring in predominately white spaces for several years he began to realize the need to bring about racial healing in the body of Christ."
