@EE hi I have a new broadband provider and I was told when they took over the line it would cancel my EE one. How do I check thats actually happening as my EE broadband is still on and nothing showing on my billing. Need it cancelled otherwise im paying twice. Cheers.

@AvivaUK I disagree. I asked to talk to someone about my renewal price. I was told I couldn't as it was online only but the price quoted was the best you could offer. I pressed cancel to move to a new provider and shock horror £80 immediately off the price!

#tntashes coverage is really poor. Commentators constantly saying the wrong scores/stats and putting up the wrong graphics. Most of them aren't out there, clearly worse Commentary when done from TV rather than being in the ground.

@marksandspencer just bought a pack of 12% mince from your Bognor store. Im sure the shelf said £5, and its been £5 for a few weeks, but I was charged £7.50 for it. If it has gone up 50% since last week that's disgraceful, if not then something has gone wrong. Many thanks.

@WHSmith pointed out to staff at Gatwick that the 3 for 2 offer hadn't worked on my drinks. One of the rudest people ive come across in ages! I showed the shelf clearly said 3 for 2 but instead of being nice about it I just got 'not that one' and she walked off. Not impressed.

@SkyHelpTeam if I switch to Sky can I still get Sky Q or is it only Stream now? One of the most important things is recording/series linking so Stream would be no good to me unfortunately. Just useful to know. Thanks.
