@aclong111 People are just tired of delayed diagnoses and misdiagnoses. I had some nerve injuries and it took like 4 separate MRIs each ordered after the prior one was negative to get to the source of the injury. It cost me a lot of time and extra money vs. just paying for a larger scan 1x

I’m not saying it’s 100% happening w/ the age curve but the math is absolutely plausible. Let’s say it’s a 30 homer pace 34-38. A 2 year deal for 39-40? Definitely on the table

@venkmurthy Some of the demand for this sort of scan comes from the way our diagnostic system works. I’ve had a few complex injuries that have required several localized MRIs, ordered in succession after each negative result. I would’ve saved money, time, and ins. headache with a larger scan
