As of 8/9/26 - they're responding in writing that AST/EQUINITI has NOT DELIVERED SHARES yet. They are waiting for the transfer agent to provide the assets and instructions on how to deliver.

This is VERY WELL DOCUMENTED.

The Border Czar is done playing games.

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer went full tough-talk a few days ago, telling Michiganders they “may want to consider exercising their 2nd-Amendment rights when ICE comes to town.” Then she made it personal — calling Tom Homan out by name and saying she’d like to “get him in her crosshairs personally.”

Homan’s response was pure fire: “That’s a direct threat against a federal officer. It’s a terroristic threat. We put those people away for good.”

He added that the next time Whitmer threatens him or one of his agents, he’ll have her tossed “in a hole so deep she’ll never see daylight again.”

A sitting governor just threatened a federal Border Czar with violence… and Homan isn’t backing down one inch.
