@OctopusEnergy Hi, someone visited our home to read our meters as apparently there is an issue with them. They claimed to be acting on your behalf. Is that something you might have arranged? We'd expect to hear from you direct if there is a problem with our meters!

@virginmedia I'm an existing customer who has been trying for days to speak to someone about moving home. This morning making an enquiry as a 'new' customer I was speaking to an agent within minutes. Promptly dumped though when it became apparent I was an existing customer 😡

@virginmedia I've been waiting online for a response for over 7 hours now, and been waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes to speak to someone. Moving home soon and was planning on taking the service with us, but if you're not contactable that won't be possible!!
