@ElkinsCattleCo Grilled rib roast is my favorite. Getting low in the freezer from the last, local 1/4. Just a few ground beers left. Not sure on buying 1/4s anymore. Paying for hanging weight and getting a lot ground. Thinking of buying piece-meal and choosing cuts would be $ better spent.
