@O2 raised a complaint 22 days ago no response, no call back from a manager, I check my bill today, my watch plan missing & being charge more than the contract. Why no uk call centre and why such a lack of service to paying customers who have been with you 4 years paying on time

it take 13 weeks & keep being told we will come back you, I call you to be told to wait for an update and there is no managers to escalate your call too until next week?

@robprogressive I’ve found online organic butchers and organic friit & veg suppliers from local bussiness or small bussiness offer the best value tbh avoiding the supermarket where possible

@robprogressive I buy from the farm shop and butter is like £2.50 I make my own sourdough or wholemeal seeded bread for about £1.10 a loaf
